"Noise levels are awful. There is no isolation between rooms. It sounds like there are people in the same room with you. You can hear full phone calls, conversations, burps...it's awful. The hallways smell awful. Sink was backed up and would not drain. Toilet was totally loose not attached to the floor. The staff does there best with a very poor property. "

"I appreciated the fact that the staff were flexible on the check out time for other family members that were not staying a second night. The late check out was helpful for my son and daughter in law with small children - they did not have to leave so early for the Celebration of Life for a close family member."

"Decent place to stay but we had an issue with the deposit not going through due to an issue with their system and they accidentally charged both me and my partner’s cards. We are still waiting for refunds on the deposits and we hope they go through soon. They said they’d do it due to the problems but they didn’t show up yet. Also if you are put in the basement there aren’t any windows but I guess that makes sense. Only the top floor gets balconies. I wonder if they charge more for those rooms...
