"We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. If we hadn’t booked through Expedia, we would have requested a full refund.
Our visit started off on the wrong foot when the manager, Richard, made an inappropriate remark implying that booking through a third party causes issues because “you’re dealing with people from India.” This was unprofessional and concerning.
We had to change rooms three times due to cleanliness and maintenance problems, including mold, hair, and a shower that wouldn’t drain. In another room, a ceiling sprinkler leaked onto our belongings.
The most alarming issue occurred at the pool, where our children found a syringe. Additionally, one of our kids stepped on an earring, and when we asked for a bandage, we were told they had run out and wouldn’t have more until the following month.
There were no lifeguards present, and both staff and management were consistently rude and unhelpful.
Overall, this was an unacceptable experience, and we will not be returning."
