"I landed at 11:00pm, got to the baggage claim to request shuttle. A link was sent to me to arrange it myself. I submitted the request and it told me where to go to get pick up. That area was closed off due to construction. I called the hotel again and was told to go to 44th St via the sky link train. I did that and it was going to be another 30min before getting picked up. "We checked in and was accidentally given a room that had already been assigned. The next room assignment the refrigerator was unplugged. We plugged it back in and then left for dinner. When we returned the refrigerator smelled funny and still was not cold. We informed the staff at checkout about the refrigerator. Otherwise, all other aspects of our stay was superb."
