"Did not use the bar, did not go for breakfast. Bathroom floor dirty, dingy, bed mattress was uncomfortable, lack of plugs in bathroom to use hairdryer. Excessive force to open door to room…thank goodness no emergency to get in or out of room Receptionist friendly and accommodating. "
