"We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing."

"I liked everything about the room. The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The coffee maker was top notch. I do have one suggestion about the breakfast though, Kindly add some turkey bacon or sausages (No pork) to the breakfast buffet. Other than that I have zero complaints.

"The property was dirty and smelly. The floors were stained and the place reeked of pot. The TV screen was very small. The bed was rock hard but clean. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer and when showering, the tub did not empty. The breakfast was 1 bagel, 0 coffee, 2 juices, 2 selections of cereal and waffle mix with 1 waffle maker. It was noisy, you can hear thru the walls. It's right next to an airport. We stayed but not sure why. Never again! I would never recommend this place."
