"Older but well maintained hotel. Nice restaurant on site that we enjoyed dinner and breakfast at. Live music in small lobby bar was fun on a Friday night. Friendly front desk staff at check in/out and each time we were passing through the lobby."

"The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. I had two reservations on different days of the week They were gracious to hold my luggage until check in. I e if the days I came in at 7:30 am and I finally checked in around 3:45 pm. They remembered who I was and addressed me by name. "

"I'm in the New Westminister area approximately every 6 months. This is the only hotel I'll stay at. Dining, shopping, and beautiful accommodations. But the best part is the staff. Friendly, welcoming and professional. A deal for your dollar. I highly recommend the Inn at the Quay."

"Centrally located to downtown, Burnaby and freeway. I was worried about noise from the freeway as my room overlooked on ramp but I didn't hear a thing. Maybe will stay on 2nd floor next time as neighbors above me were heavy walkers"
