"Very disappointing experience. We were greeted by a cockroach as soon as we entered the room. The floors were dusty and dirty, which immediately gave a bad impression. After a long drive, all I wanted was to rest, but when I went to bed, I noticed multiple pink stains on the sheets near the pillow. The room did not feel clean or properly maintained. "Loved our ground floor bedroom overlooking the marina. It was lovely waking up and taking a stroll throughout the property’s grounds and trails leading up to breathtaking views of the bay. One frustrating thing though wa their lack of towels in the swimming pool and bathroom. It took us two separate visits to the lobby and we still didn’t have towels! We ended up staying inside the pool for a while, waiting on maintenance to bring in more towels, and they never showed! It took a good 30 minutes...

"While not the best place we’ve stayed in, it certainly was not the worst. Some updates have been made to the room we were assigned and the bed comfortable, some maintenance is needed to complete the updating. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly."

"Location is picturesque, Tiburon is a very beautiful area with lots of outdoor activities as well as high end dining and shops if that’s suits you. We visited Angel Island by ferry which was fun.
Check in was very easy and parking is super convenient on the premises. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are very basic close to à 2 star quality. Shower had poorly repaired fixtures, hole in th ceiling, paper thin walls, blinds that didn’t work. Not what you’d expect for $400+ per night.
