"Pros: Free parking, fairly low price on short notice. Inside of room was clean enough, in decent enough repair, didn't smell bad or anything, plenty of space, large bed which was comfortable enough. "I loved staying here- clean facility and friendliest staff. Especially front desk. Male Hispanic was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is for the gym facility. It had a very strange odor and the tvs and a/c in there didn't work. Otherwise great hot tub and comfy rooms."

"The hotel was very clean and efficient. Continental Breakfast was great everyday. I stayed 3 nights. Staff were kind, competent and great customer service. The reason I only gave 3 stars for use of amenities, was the fact that there was a children's softball league staying there with their families so during their stay, they took over the pool hot tub and fire pit area for 2 out of the 3 nights and they were loud. "The doors are not sealed enough, you’ll end up hearing noise from the hallway"

"I loved the stay, it was more of the attitude from the lady in reception. Checked in was ok, but when she was letting me know the rules I already knew, she got kind of loud and a bit nasty. Other than that, everything was clean and the Ac/Heater works very well. Not everyone is the same so please don’t be nasty when people check in."

"The staff was extremely rude! Front desk manager got mad because our request to her manager because she was being extremely rude. She then proceeded to tell me that she is going to cancel my reservation and call the police. I then left because I had a long flight and was extremely tired so we left to go to another hotel as we were getting our Uber to go to another hotel, she then came outside while we were waiting outside of the hotel to tell us that we need to get off of the outside property...
