"I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else."

"This was an amazing g property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and the combined shower/tub wet room was wonderful. The property is well manicured and gardens beautiful. It was the most peaceful place we have stayed all the way from California to Vancouver BC. It’s close enough to tour Portland but escape the crowds. Well recommended."

"Overbooked and got put into rooms different from what was booked. Elevators were not working during stay. Room layout is odd with mini fridge under bathroom sink. Shower had fogged glass window into bedroom. Bench is right under tv so can’t really sit on it without bumping your head."

"Room was very spacious . The sitting area was an added plus as well as the little refrigerator and kitchen sink. The housekeeping could have been better ,but it may have been that the hotel was very busy that weekend."

"My only complaint, paying to park in an Unsecured parking lot. All guests pay to park and then read signs letting you know that you park at your own risk. What are we paying for? This is very annoying."

"I loved the manager! We had a not great experience with the front desk and in the morning I went to speak. With a manager and he was super apologetic, comped our breakfast and parking. We had already rebooked somewhere else however because of him we might’ve stayed. Rooms are alittle dated however clean"

"The first room we got the doors locks didn't work. They advertised free continental breakfast. They didn't receive the "shipment" so there wasnt any breakfast. And no apologies from any of the staff. There was garbage in the hall ways."

"Rented a room for my disabled daughter during a noisy remodeling project at my home. My daughter was very happy with her room and asked that in the future we utilize this hotel as a great place to stay."

"The walls are very thin between the rooms to the point that I had to call the front desk at 11pm for the neighbor making calls and it sounded like he was in our room. We had to use a plumbers helper from the time we checked in until we left to flush the toilet.. Not a good experience but the staff was kind enough to provide us with the plunger.."
