"Halls, stairs, floors, doors are filthy and nobody cleans. We were told to leave the beach b/c they had to put a concert all staff was put on that the next day not one single umbrella was put up. W/o the beach there was no room at the pool. Two days were lost due to this concert which was for VIP and not guests. Horrible and certainly not “Resort & Spa” worthy. "

"The bathroom in room 8 does not have an exhaust fan so bathroom smells always go into the bedroom. Even though there is room for a couple of chairs in the bedroom, none are provided. The balcony light does not have a switch to turn it on. Parking is rarely available. Do not bring a car or rent one."

"Beautiful property, great environment, but buyer beware is the walls are thin and in a quiet neighborhood as this, you can very much hear any noise from the other guests. Lovely staff and complimentary breakfast was a very nice touch! The pool was heated and after 10+ hours of walking was a wonderful treat to soak in! Towels at the front desk so you don’t have to use the ones in your room. Overall 10/10. "

"A very sweet lodging in a charming, historical neighborhood in old Key West. The property is meticulously clean, well appointed, and Roman, the proprietor, was welcoming, accommodating, and provided wonderful recommendations for meals in the neighborhood. Breakfast set us up for the day. Unfortunately did not make it into the pool. We will be back Roman."
