"The room wasn’t very clean. There was gross grime in the corners of the bathroom, the walls in the room hand splatter stains, and just overall dingy. The pool area had garbage and stuff on the ground. It seemed to never have been picked up and the tables always dirty. Not wiped down after people had sat and eaten at them. The front desk staff gave us wrong directions on which way to get to the room and wrong door number to enter from parking lot. Room towels weren’t replaced unless asked. The hotel overall seems very rundown and needs serious cleaning and updating."

"If you drive a truck or bigger vehicle this parking lot is not for you. The way it's set up you'll be lucky not to back into another car. As soon as we walked into the lobby we were blasted with s very strong ammonia, cat pee smell. This smell carried throughout the halls so badly it made me not want to breath. My boyfriend could smell it faintly in our room, but I couldn't. We only got one key card for our room. We opted for the jacuzzi tub and when we went to use it the water was shut off to it and screws were missing in the handles. We called to the lobby and they were going to call us back right after they called maintenance. We never got a call back, they didn't apologize or offer to make it right at all. There was a screen missing from our window, making it possible to pass all our luggage through it (first floor) and didn't have a window lock. There was a sheet on the bed in place of the comforter, no clock, and no lamps. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. If you stepped on a certain spot in the shower it was very soft. Checkout is at 11, which was fine, but housekeeping tried to come in twice (no sign to hang on the door) and management came at 10:30 to ask if we were staying another night."
