"We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Although we reached the hotel before check-in time, the staff kindly assisted with storing our luggage. When we returned later, our bags had already been placed in our room, which was a lovely surprise. A staff member personally showed us to the room and gave a short introduction, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful. The service throughout our stay was excellent and very professional. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around, and the spa facilities were very enjoyable and relaxing. "The room was stylish and incredibly clean. I was especially impressed by how spotless the bathroom was—it’s always a huge plus when the facilities are that well-maintained. Although I arrived late and didn't get a chance to use it, the common area looked very cozy with comfy sofas, a large TV, and even some games. The cafe downstairs opens early and serves an amazing, hearty breakfast. It was perfect for me as an early-bird cyclist. Most hostels in Taiwan start breakfast at 8:00 AM, so this place is great if you need to hit the road early! "
