"Hako Riero was wonderful. It was clean, stylish and very high tech. It had a 7 eleven in walking distance and very close to the Hakkne-Yumoto train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

"Best part was being surrounded by nature. We love the pieces of art inside the house and the beautiful garden. I can’t get over how stunning the garden is! Very well layed out. The outdoor onsen allows one to be with nature while relaxing in the HOT spring water. "

"This stay was great. We had all the necessities available and the room was very comfortable. It was one stop from Odawara station.
My only suggestion is to keep in mind the amount of luggage you are taking, the room is on the fourth floor. "

"I loved this little cabin!! My entire family loved it and didn’t want to leave! Great location and convenient to Fuji. I only regret I didn’t book for longer"

"Unique and modern cabin located within a forest in Yamanakako. The cabin is very close to the town’s main street and is a great choice if you’re staying in the Mt. Fuji area."

"The million dollars of beautiful view from my room, although the bathroom was awkward I never see, no shower curtain, only half of the glass door, when we took a bath, water was all over the floor, we had to be very careful , the beds were very comfy. Buffets were delicious and A La carte dining was wonderful. The staffs services were excellent, we were very pleased."
"Clean room, good ontsen on top floor with view on Mt Fuji, great breakfast (unfortunately no gluten free bread or plant-based milks), very helpful staff at helping navigate public transport. "
"Resort was a perfect mix. One side had a grand view of Mt. Fuji, the other side looked out into the theme park (Fuji Q Highlands). Hotel Guests had free access to the Onsen next door and had an enclosed walkway for access. The onsen was clean and had a great payment system for items you need (vending machines, souvenirs etc...); electronic bracelet that allowed you to purchase from venders & souvenir stoors. Final Payment for services at a kiosk on the way out. "
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The first morning we woke up and peeled back our curtain, Mount Fuji was in full view. It was spectacular. It was also serene to enjoy the view from our private open air bath. The breakfast was fantastic with so many options, and dinner was beautifully played. The staff was very kind and welcoming — we were initially worried because we mentioned that my husband has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, and they seemed unwilling to accommodate. But, once we were there, they made sure to review with him what he could eat — it was likely just a language barrier and misunderstanding of his restrictions. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Kawafuchiko station, which is helpful if you want to explore the lake and when you are ready to leave town. "
