"I recently stayed at VISION APARTMENTS Basel and overall had a comfortable visit. The space itself was clean and well-presented, and the location made it easy to get around the city. There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Communication with customer service was a bit slow at times—especially when we were trying to arrange luggage storage prior to check-in, which took longer than expected to coordinate. Additionally, the TV did not appear to have access to local or news...

"Wir sind gar nicht eingezogen, als wir die Lage der Zimmer gesehen haben: beide Schlafzimmer sowie Bad/WC oben und nur erreichbar durch Klettern eines steilen, offenen Leiters ohne normalen Stufen, nur mit kleinen versetzten Brettern. Nichts für ältere Leute (77 resp. 79 Jahre alt). Dies war nicht ersichtbar aus Fotos und Beschreibung der Wohnung! "The flat was pretty good very clean very modern. Location is not great but the bus stop is in front of and with the basil card you don't pay for the transport so it was not a problem in the end. I would highly recommend. Very organised "
