"I was incredibly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It is advertised as a 4-star property, but the reality falls far short of that standard.
The room was very worn and desperately needs an upgrade. The bathroom was dated and poorly maintained, featuring broken tiles, loose panels, and visible mould. To make matters worse, there was a very bad smell in the room that made the stay quite unpleasant.
Breakfast was very basic and highly disappointing. The food items were never refreshed during...

"It is a very mixed bag. It is a very old style hotel, located right in the centre of Verona, however this made it exceptionally noisy till about 2am each night we were there - a room at the back of the hotel might have been quieter, so is worth requesting one if decent sleep is a priority. Our air conditioning was not working on arrival, but it was quickly fixed. Staff on reception were brilliant, very friendly and helpful, however staff in the breakfast room were exactly the opposite. "Homy Livia was amazing! Lorenzo and his staff was helpful and accommodating when we arrived too early for our check in. This apartment was in an amazing area. Short walk to the coliseum and plenty of shops, bar, and restaurants in any direction. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and has a nice patio to sit on. We could even hear the concert from the coliseum at night. 10/10 would recommend."

"Hotel staff were excellent and provided great help for how to get around Verona. The morning b-fast was well done and the staff were very intent on making sure we had a great experience. It is a small hotel and gave us a very intimate experience for our stay. Thursday location of the hotel is near everything we wanted to do and see while in Verona. We will go back there if we return to Verona. Really enjoyed our stay there."
