"First off the property was not clean. The ceilings were peeling, the carpet smelled bad, the garage was filled with old rolled up carpet and scrap wood, the shower had wads of hair in it, the beds and mattresses were very old, the sheets smelled musty, the furniture material was peeling, the refrigerator had rust and a bunch of gunk on the front of it. "Disappointing. This place is in serious disrepair. Dirty inside and out. Hair in the bathtub, towels on the floor, mildew on the baseboards, moldy and broken fridge shelves, broken closet doors, sour smelling furniture, broken washer, pet stains on the carpeting, a trickle of water pressure in the shower.
