"At breakfast they allowed a young female in her underwear and t shirt to walk amongst the breakfast crowd and make a plate. She sat there in her underwear and t shirt amongst other families and ate, the front desk did nothing about it. The food court lady informed them and they told her to not worry about it. Several families left the area including me without breakfast."

"Everything was clean except there were several long dark hairs on the floor. It was convenient to the SF airport. My only complaint is that I tried to call several times in the few days prior to my arrival to confirm and all I got was a recording saying that the phone number didn’t accept incoming calls and this was from the link on their website so I was getting a little nervous. I ended up having to call their parent Company to confirm my reservation. I mentioned this at check-in, and...

"The room was very nice- bigger and nicer than I expected. The hardwood floors were a nice touch and I liked the shutter + blinds combo of the windows- it was very villa-esque. The airport shuttle was convenient, even with needing to be at the airport at 430am. Location was a bit iffy, but a good trade-off for being so close to the airport. Would really benefit from a kitchen or bar, but multiple local places to grab a bite or drink within walking distance."

"We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the Millwood was. Our room was very clean & comfortable. I was concerned that we would hear noise from the main road, but we didn’t. The outside was beautifully landscaped & our room had everything we needed. Would highly recommending staying there if you’re flying out of SFO, it was only an eight minute ride to the airport. Also, there were plenty of good restaurants very nearby."
