"Great place for price"

"Upon checking in the person checking my mother-in-law in was very rude, had an attitude, and didn’t speak or welcome us. That was a turn off after traveling for hour's!! Everything else was great!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if I would stay there again because of the lady who was rude with the blue hair.. She needs a class on customer service for sure!!!"

"The hotel room was very clean and there was plenty of parking. The stay was very affordable. There were a lot of negatives, but I think that's the natural balance of an affordable hotel vs expensive hotel. The front room of my king suite where the sofa bed was located made me and my kids cough, sneeze, and itch. We do have allergies so the room/bed probably was dusty. Unfortunately, it prevented us from being able to use the sofa bed. The staff was not personable and their friendliness was...

"No notice that they would not come and make the room. They only left coffee for one night and I had to go downstairs for coffee the second morning. A better coffee machine would make the stay better."

"They ran out of bananas very early for the breakfast. The breakfast room is the front lobby which is not very convenient. The bathroom door in our room was swollen and could not close. But the room was clean and the water was hot. It is a 10-minute walk to the nearest Metro station."
