"Was excellent"

"Great place very clean great customer service I will definitely visit again and again"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Beautiful Place to Begin Your Healing Journey ❤️ Some places become more than just a hotel; they become a special part of your journey. Om Ham Retreat & Resort is one of those places. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at peace. Every single staff member was absolutely amazing! Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. What touched me most was how everyone remembered who you were, making the experience feel so...

"I LOVED everything about the property! Not only have I had a wonderful time, but a FANTASTIC time during my stay! From the moment I arrived at the property and greeted by Suar with a wonderful smile; who’s been most helpful during my stay….! I could not have asked for more! The restaurant, Terracotta was very very good! The food, drinks, and the service by the staff were excellent! They even serve Bali produced wines! I was SAD leaving the property on my checkout day! I need to stay longer...

"This hotel is seriously underrated! The property is beautifully designed, combining modern style with iconic Balinese elements. Everything was super clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the whole place had a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and the restaurant was also excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend Anumana Hotel to anyone visiting Ubud."

"Beautiful property! Loved my stay here."

"Good"

"Firstly, I want to emphasize that the staff at Kayumanis Ubud were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. We had absolutely no issues with the service. The welcome drinks and afternoon tea were also very thoughtful touches. Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet our expectations for a five-star resort, particularly compared with other five-star properties we stayed at in Bali and Indonesia. Much of the villa felt dated and in need of refurbishment. The furniture was older, there...
