"Good services at reception"

"I had an absolutely wonderful time at Mangga Lodge. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is fantastic, quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to everything worth seeing. The whole property has such a great atmosphere and full of character!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The closet sliding doors were also difficult to open and close. Additionally, there was a damp, musty smell in the room that was a little unpleasant. Despite these...

"Good"

"Mooie, schone en ook ruime kamer. Personeel was vriendelijk, maar niet op de hoogte van dat kinderen onder de 16 gratis zijn. Ook niet na uitleg en laten zien op de website. ontbijt was fantastisch, maar wel duur als je er apart voor moet betalen. Er is een goede gym. Zwembad is fijn, alleen alle tegels en ijzer rondom is kapot of verroest. Weinig mensen spreken Engels."

"The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp."
