Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, and when we were asked what we would like for breakfast on the evening before, we requested some things that weren't on their breakfast menu (We hadn't seen it at that point)and they went out and bought them specially. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...
