"I booked two beds and was given a room with one bed. There were no tissues or soap, and the conditioner in the shower was empty. Towels were haphazardly hung. I arrived at midnight after a long travel day and left by 7am, so it was fine for a bed to sleep in, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Plenty of other DIA options."

"Nice, clean, updated hotel. Convenient location near airport with reliable shuttle. Staff was accommodating to my late check out needs, which i greatly appreciated. Loved the setup of the room, with a comfortable hightop table that worked well for a virtual meeting. Had some issues with only a few of the outlets in the room working, but enough for my use. Overall, very nice hotel that I will certainly use again."

"The agent who checked us in was rude and not helpful! Told me to move away from the counter when I was trying to get the parking app loaded. Expedia said parking was included! Then the room was hot and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. Pretty miserable heat to sleep in! Then, breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6:30 but when we went down at 7:00, there was no food out! Breakfast was supposed to be included but we had to pay for another one at the airport! One if the worst...

"I paid for a Mountain View which was kind of nice but the windows were insanely dirty, so it was almost pointless. The ac was really dated and the hotel generally seemed like it could use some work.
I loved the guy who checked me in, it was cool they had a few restaurants and a place to pick up decent snacks, and I did get a good nights sleep."
