"First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step. Kindness is a rarity but it goes so far and speaks volumes about a person. God bless Sheena in all that she does to help strangers feel...

"The hotel itself was beautiful. The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix."

"The rooms were clean and the size very comfortable, especially for a multi-day stay. Housekeeping staff were wonderful if we needed anything, like extra towels, etc. Breakfast was really good, with lots of choices; would have preferred an earlier start time for breakfast on Saturday morning (started at 7:30 am). Happy Hour was well done and snacks provided. Our only complaint was that it took us 25 minutes to check in on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 - there were approximately 10 people...

"I loved this place. I have sleep problems and between the bed and the comforter I had the best sleep ever. The room was beautiful, super clean and comfortable and the staff was wonderful and made me feel welcomed."
