"I have literally NEVER stayed somewhere more perfect. The property was beautiful and it seemed like every single little detail was thought of. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was out of this world amazing, the common spaces provided an excellent third space to just read and exist. Cannot wait to head back to the area just so I can stay here again and again. "

"The property was clean, beautiful, and close to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on our balcony and front deck area overlooking the river. Staff were friendly. We arrived at 3:30pm but were told check-in was at 4pm even though their website says 3. It was 4:15 when we were allowed to get in our room. That was a little annoying. They need to update the check-in time on their website. There was also no decaf coffee either morning. We told the staff but no reason given. My sister had to go...

"Tired property. Room had a very musty smell. They did have an air purifier and dehumidifier in the room but the musty odor hit you the minute you entered. Mattress seemed old and was uncomfortable. On the plus side the room included a small fridge and in room coffee. The property had a nice restaurant on-site."

"Breakfast food did not appear freshly cooked, minimal selections, mostly carbs and minimal protein. Problem with the tub draining while showering with water as high as ankle deep during the showers. Notified staff who stated we need to go through Expedia to get any compensation. "

"The hotel was 5 star all the way. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager was visible and offered dining, excursion and shopping suggestions. All excellent recommendations. Our suite was large yet had a cozy feel. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent from fresh berry compote to specialty pastries to imported coffee. A beverage bar was available 24/7. Breakfast out in the courtyard was quiet and lovely. The location was perfect for walking around town....

"I never made it to breakfast until the last day & there were only remnants. I saw chocolate hostess cakes & some of what was left of cereal in the containers. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice but our bathroom light over mirror flickered or never worked & the test/reset buttons never kicked in for the hairdryer to work. This was much more affordable than staying up the mountain in Franklin or Highlands, but the light/hairdryer made it hard to get ready. No towel replacement on our 2nd night....
