"Parking and check-in were easy and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was adequate with a comfortable bed and roomy sitting area, but the bathroom could use some maintenance or updates to make it appear cleaner. The breakfast was very basic continental items. Everything was fine for the quick one night stay that we needed."

"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful at all times. Plenty of parking, but not enough handicap parking. Breakfast was fabulous, excellent selection of cold / hot items, plenty of fruit waffle maker and constant cleaning and replenishing of items. They had 2 double toasters. Please of space for the buffet and plenty of comfortable tables to enjoy breakfast. Overall, it was our favorite Hampton Inn so far."

"The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I had a dog with me, and the room floor had a very functional, non-carpet flooring that was awesome! Bed was great. Traffic and plane noise, but overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"The rooms were clean but outdated. Fist day at check in the women’s was not friendly but other staff were nice. Breakfast was not good, only option was dried food like cereal and prepackaged mini sandwiches, we ended up getting breakfast outside because there were many options. The location was great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. "

"We were sent to a room already occupied… the screams of the people we scared was awful, we were assigned another room however the tv in our new room kept welcoming other guests, never our names appeared on the screen, the following day we returned late from a function only to have to go back to the front desk and ask the same incompetent person for new keys, she took forever and kept saying someone else was trying to do a digital check in for our room, I will never stay there."

"Pathetic location got locked out the next morning after eating breakfast could took maintenance 45 minutes to break the door in, we almost missed an important meeting came back later that day door still did not work they moved us to another room employee at the front desk was a total piece of garbage telling me we have to deal with it basically"

"We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future."

"Looks like a new facility that was exceptional in it's cleanliness and maintenance. Staff could care less. They have a paying job. Two exceptions to the statement about the staff were a young lady who suddenly walked through the front door to check us in after we had been standing at registration about 10 to 12 minutes. The other exception was a maid (i.e. after I had returned to the hotel after breakfast out, "I " greeted the two idel employees at registration with..." good morning "....
