"Our room was a bit smaller than a chain hotel room. However, it was perfectly finished. The shower head was one of the best I've ever used. The mini-split heat exchanger worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were perfect. It was very quiet. The wifi worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again."

Gabe, Rachel, and Chetney from the concierge and Westin and Jose from the front desk as well as some of the others all go above and beyond for the guests. "What a great place to stay!!! Brett and his team were amazing! very involved, took group photos for us, recommended places to eat. A very clean, organized place to be!! There mattresses were amazing, no hurt backs the whole time! The food at the Whistling Grizzly was amazing!!! The staff took great care of us and every other guest there! I would recommend Brett and his staff for a pay raise!!! Can't wait to come back and see the team!"

"Parking is horrendous"

"The hotel looked very cool like an old lodge. Great decor, but disappointing things were no shower gel, no conditioner the containers were empty. Only half roll of bathroom tissue. Kleenex empty. For the price per night I would expect these little things to be taken care of. Another issue my husband had spilled his water bottle on the bathroom floor and grabbed a towel to clean it up and disgustingly the towel was then dirty, not even clean floor. "The staff was very kind. However, the rooms we booked and paid for months in advance were not available. Initially we were offered 2 beds for 6 people! We had booked and paid for multiple bed suites. We tried to be easy and request roll away cots as 3 people were not fitting into a small bed. They did not have any. Instead we were forced to separate our children into rooms without an adult and down the hallway. For paying close to $1500 I would expect to get the actual rooms we booked."
