"Check in went fine. When we arrived in the room, the lights didn’t work and it was in poor condition. It could use some help! The curtains were ripped, the shower had one temperature. Beds were fine. When asked to fix the lights, they were unable to, unable to move our room, or give a refund because we didn’t cancel within 24 hours. We managed but getting ready in the dark was less than desirable. I will not be back and don’t recommend this place due to lack of service and poor room quality. "

"There is major construction going on. The parking lot is an unpaved mud pit. Had to drag our bags through the mud to get to our room. Mud all along the paved path. Inside the room was clean, 4 stars, but the whole experience was not good. Wife couldn't sleep as the mattress was so uncomfortable. We booked two nights but left after one. Couldn't stand it. AND Hotels.com WOULD NOT REFUND/CREDIT US FOR THE NIGHT WE DID NOT USE."
