"Everything about our stay was amazing, our first time in Newcastle and the hotel was great. The staff was all so friendly and helpful with any questions we had, the room was perfect for my wife’s disability needs. Will definitely be back to Newcastle and to this hotel specifically. "

"Hotel Staff were Very Nice. Parking/ Car Park is accessible. The bedroom was nice but maybe on the smaller side. The bed had a few back marks on the sheets. One downside to being next to the sea is that you can hear the seagulls all night but this isn’t the hotels fault. No coffee or Tea in the room. Good Stay!"

"We had a lovely stay at the Dakota. We were greeted at the door by 2 staff members who were lovely and showed us to reception. Reception staff were lovely and friendly, engaged in conversation asking about our day. Wished me a Happy Birthday and our room was ready early, so was able to check in a good couple of hours earlier. Room was nice and spacious, clean and we could monitor the air con. Our overall stay was amazing and would definately reccomend. We didnt go in tbe restaurant/bar or stayed for breakfast so cant comment on this. "
