"I enjoyed using the heated pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Swimsuit wet bag and dryer/spinner were available in the changing room. Breakfast was buffet style, high standard. You can order fresh orange jucie, waffles, pancakes, poached eggs from the waiters. The room was in good size and clean. One...

"Room was clean, spacious and the bed was massive and comfortable. Paid £10 for secure onsite parking but had to ask security several times in the evening to put the barriers down! Breakfast was just okay. Food was tasty but lukewarm. Overall a great budget stay and would stay again."

"The hotel is pet friendly which is good but we had to sit on the tiled part of the flooring which was directly by the entrance so every time people went in or out there was a cold blow on us and it wasn't ideal for the lounge area"

"The place is well located, clean. The staff were uniformly welcoming and helpful. I do have a problem with the parking system: I do not know if the hotel operates the parking fines or not but apparently the drop off zone allows only ten minutes - not good when the desk is busy and it takes ten minutes to get to the desk. The hotel should highlight this issue in pre-arrival comms. Other than that, to repeat myself, the staff have always been polite and helpful."

"Fantastic place to stay. We’ll stay again. Top location. Welcoming. Lovely decor great food. Great drink abc cocktail selection. Fantastic friendly staff both daytime and breakfast. Lovely big room. Comfortable. Great food. Perfect."

"Lovely place to stay, clean room although the carpets could do with a revamp. Staff were very helpful even though we arrived very late in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, very nice poached eggs."

"Fantastic stay. Great location. Staff wonderful. Great breakfast Highly recommend"

"The Hotel location is fanstantis as it is close to restaurants. The Hotel reception need upgrading, completely We found it selfish of the Hotel to outsource its parking to a 3rd party - as we choose FREE parking in the Expedia filter. Guests like paying for all amenties direct, rather than to a 3rd party. Overall, it was okay, as it was a 1 night stay."

"night staff were so polite and helfull, so clean and very quiet"

"Every time I travel back north I stay at this place as it's friendly, has what you need and more-aka the restaurant next door and nearby to bigger shops too"
