"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. "30a Inn and suites is clean and in a good location. If you need something at a reasonable price this is definitely a good option. There is a pool and walking trail nearby. They don’t have a place to wash your laundry onsite unless you choose a room with a washer and dryer in it. They also don’t have a fitness center if that’s something you are looking for. But if you need a room that’s clean, good location and reasonably priced this is a good choice."

"I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there."

"Beautiful new hotel. It was clean, comfortable and nice location. My only issue and it wouldn't have been one if a simple fix would've made a ratings difference. After going to the room, everything was nice and clean. The TV didn't seem to work right. Housekeeping was outside the room. She came in to check and couldn't get it to work. She went to another room and the TV worked there, so it was my particular room that didn't work. She told me to call the front desk and she what they can do. I...

"The front desk, valet, housekeeping, pool staff, and restaurant staff were all so attentive and kind. Excellent service throughout! I was relieved to find how family friendly and accommodating the resort was as this was our first time traveling with a baby. We had the best time and look forward to staying here again soon."

They sent us to the bar to wait, but the air conditioning wasn't working—meaning it was hellishly hot in there.
