"Luckily, upon the early arrival we have free checked in the room. The welcome drink was nice. The room was nice decoration with private balcony overlooking to mountain. Front desk staffs were helpful and assisted us during the stay. The dinner at the 1st floor restaurant was amazing with incredible prices compare with the local restaurant. It’s highly of the trip. Wow, the buffet breakfast was excellent with large choice of local and western food. Recommended"

"Everything was perfect except the hot tub wasn't very hot. It was warm and the outdoor pool was like a cold plunge. "

"We requested to clean room but they did not. When we asked receptionist, they afirmed that room had been cleaned. Then, housekeepers came and asked us to hang out for 20 mins. After 40mins, I questioned recept whether they finished or not? I was being tired and sleepy. They told me that their staff has finished for a while. However, when I came to bed, Bedcover and pillowcase were still dirty and not replaced by new ones. Suprisingly, glasses in bathroom was not cleaned, they had stains in the...

"Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated."
