"The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn"

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."

"We were super late to check in because of the disruptive buses in Mostar, but the staff made sure to leave an envelope with our keys on the front desk beforehand. "Excellent hotel with a great location. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the wellness area was a great place to unwind. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. "In my opinion the most important thing about it is the location close to the old town, a shopping mall with grocery and lots of restaurants and cafes. My phone in the room never worked, the tv doesn’t have channels in English or Spanish and only few of them worked. Bathroom is ok and there is no coffee machine in the room. The safe in the room was not working properly so the lady at the front desk gave us a key to open and close it."
