"Room was OK a bit noisy with kids running around the halls unitl after 9pm. Breakfast a bit skimpy....no English Muffins to toast same eggs and pork sausage for 3 mornings straight. Do have a "magic pancake machine" but no butter only syrup."

"The stay was overall just okay. The Tempur-Pedic bed was very comfortable, but the room itself was otherwise underwhelming. The biggest downside was the staff. The front desk employees were noticeably unfriendly and not very welcoming. When explaining parking, it was presented more as “parking costs this amount or you’ll be towed,” which felt like an odd and off-putting way to communicate that information. They also didn’t provide much information about the hotel’s amenities at check-in, and I later realized there were several things available that I wasn’t aware of during my stay. The breakfast was disappointing, and my room was not cleaned during my stay. Overall, it was an average experience, but the unfriendly service left the worst impression."
