"Staff are exceptional especially the gentleman working overnight last night. They had our room ready early and stored our baggage after our cruise yesterday. The person who deserves March 17 into the morning on March 18. My friend found out at 3am her dad had passed away unexpectedly. "The front desk staff were kind and efficient. The room was clean but the bathroom was not cleaned properly and had hair all over. The bathroom water is yellow which I guess is currently a Fort Lauderdale issue. There is a quick efficient shuttle service to and from the airport and cruise port. The cruise shuttle is $20 per person. FLL airport is a nightmare but the shuttle driver will be in contact to do pick up. "
