"Front desk staff was rude, that’s this short hair African lady talked down to guests like she is above all while making min wage, the room decor is nice but if you pay attention to the details and look around all the room corners you will find out it’s never cleaned as you can see stains, dirt and mold around the shower faucet. This is also one of the very few property that I stayed in Florida that don’t offer toothpaste and toothbrush upon request."

"The first gentleman at reception when I arrived, who was Spanish, was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. The driver David, who was also Spanish, was very nice as well.
