"The front desk staff was pleasant. The room was very basic but clean and quiet on a Tuesday night. The entrance felt dingy, the hallways smelled like smoke, and there were no extra amenities like a hair dryer or tissues. The shower had good temperature and pressure, but the shower head was strangely low on the wall. We were just traveling through and had no interest in the casino."

"This is a great resort away from the ruckus of downtown Las Vegas. The Friday Night Prime Rib Special at Rick's was fabulous! The only issue we had was the early closing of the pool and hot tub area at 7 pm, when the outside temperature was still above 95F. I liked that there were more than 10-12 Level 1 EV charging stations in the parking area (credit card and smartphone required). Overnight charging provided a full battery charge for the next days travels."

"The best part of this Best Western was the breakfast, which was great with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was fine too. The room was fine, a little worn and plain, but it was clean. The tub drain was a bit stained, toilet seat was a bit loose. I wanted to use the pool, but it was quite cold & unheated. I thought the room was overpriced especially since it was in the middle of an industrial area."
