"Functional hotel near Boulder and Brookfield but without their prices. Rooms are older and have seen better days. No amenities other than parking and coffee. Close to shopping and restaurants but you will need a car."

"The only good thing I have to say was that parking was the only good part of this hotel. The staff were non emotional and all looked unhappy. Never once was there a smile on anyone’s face. If you asked a question, it was answered as short as possible. The room was terrible. The extra door lock was broken and barely hanging on. The bathroom door didn’t close. There was only 1 usable outlet, and it was dangling. The sink had a huge crack in it. I kept socks on because I didn’t want to put my feet...

"The staff was nice. Thats about the only good thing to say about the hotel. There was a lady slumped over in a car outside of my room when we arrived. The door for my room wasn't the appropriate size and there was an opening at the bottom I had to stuff a towel in to make sure no critters came in. I wish I would have taken photos. Breakfast was minimal.The pool water looked cloudy and dirty so we never got in. I don't feel any of these issues are the staffs fault but management needs to invest...

"The property was dated, exterior of property wasn’t maintained-in place of grass there were weeds. Heater wasn’t working in the pool, one elevator was out of order, and I doubt they had maintenance staff. Breakfast consisted of cereal, eggo waffles and jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches which required a microwave to warm. We were shuffled between 3 rooms, all of which had phones that did not work. "Room smelled horrible upon walking in, floor was extremely dirty in areas. You had to take your own trash to the dumpster which wasn’t a big deal but had never run in to that before. If you wanted new towels you had to return old towels front desk which I thought was odd also; same with bed linens. Overall just grossed out"

"Very clean and nice facilities. Location was convenient and felt very safe. We loved the outdoor pool and basketball court. Gym was very large with a lot of equipment. Recommend to anyone staying in Denver."

"So I stayed 2 nights. Got in late late the 1st night and the front desk was very helpful that Friday night. Sarurdays breakfast was awesome and as expected however sunday's breakfast selection was not as expected. Hasbrowns were hard and tasteless and it was a bare minimum for hot food. I wasn't expecting that. Other than that ..the stay was very nice"
