"One of the best hotel stays. The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. I came back to my room with my phone charger cable rolled and nicely tied. Restaurant staff was amazing. When I said I wouldn't have time to have some of my favourite food while visiting, they made it for me and packed it so I could bring it to airport. Food was amazing too."

"Rooms are immaculate and clean. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast Buffet is beyond imaginable. Has something for everyone."

"初めてのインドネシア出張で宿泊しました。英語が話せない私にもスタッフの皆さんが親切に対応してくださり、とても好印象でした。朝食のバイキングも充実していて、満足できました。また訪れた際には利用したいホテルです😊 I stayed here on my first business trip to Indonesia. Even though I don’t speak English, all the staff were very kind and helpful, which left a great impression on me. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and I really enjoyed it. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. 😊"

"Clean room and good staff"

"Very good hospitality and well synchronized staff"

"Overall, my stay at Vasa Hotel was okay, but improvements are needed. Although I booked a suite, it didn’t feel much different from my parents’ standard room. They had a king bed, while mine seemed to have two twin beds pushed together, which creaked when I lay in the middle. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym, which had a separate yoga or Pilates room with mats. There also appeared to be a spa toward the back. Unfortunately, the pool was poorly maintained, with missing tiles that felt rough and...

"Friendly staff. Clean rooms and an awesome pool! I had a great stay."

"There is lot to like and love about the Majapahit Hotel, Surabaya. I loved this historic property in a great central location and I also loved its cheerful and attentive staff. The classic room I had was very spacious and clean, though some of the bathroom surfaces would benefit from replacement. However, for the price, it is hard to complain. Noise from other guests was not a problem during my 3 nights there. The buffet breakfast is quite good and you can order ala carte, including special...

"Breakfast and convenience"

"綺麗で清潔、朝ご飯もいいです。屋上のインフィニティプール、砂場付きもいい感じでした。が、１つだけ、ハズタブに溜めるお湯が錆か？汚れで流石にはいれないぐらい汚いお湯が出てきたので水の管理、確認はしっかりして欲しいです。それ以外はまた、活用させて頂きたく思います。ありがとうございました。"

"The room is spacious enough. Quiet area"

"We had a 1 night stop over and it was good, clean and convenient. Unfortunately we had an early flight so we couldn't try the breakfast. The pool was lovely"
