This historic hotel is maintained the grandeur of colonial architecture and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is very polite, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is amazing. Indonesian breakfast is one of the best in my opinion. I definitely will come back and stay longer

I always travel with Four Points Sheraton and while I'm traveling in Indonesia I booked mostly Four Points... right from the start we had issues with AC it didn't go lower then 23C.. all the usb plugs were not working, technician said it would take one hour this is unacceptable! I requested an upgrade ...
