"Everything was perfect. There was a beautiful birthday celebration surprise"

"Een schone kamer met uitstekend personeel"

"Very beautiful hotel with inviting staff and excellent breakfast"

"Free breakfast was pefect after a long trip, and room was tidy. Staff were kind and helpful as well."

"Staff was very helpful. The lounge was pleasing to the eye."

"everything was perfect from the location of the hotel to the best bfast selection for hotel...staff was very friendly and helpful as well...only issue is its an old hotel and it does show...aircond in the room was not cool enough and some amenities provided seem old and need replacement, even their ironing board and iron were like from the early 90s and in sad state"

"Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast"

"Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice."

"この価格での対応としては一番だと思います。末永く続くことを願っています。"

"今回のジャカルタ滞在も利用しました。 日本人の利用もある程度あるのか、スタッフの方が”〇〇さん”と敬称付きで呼んでくれてちょっぴり嬉しかったです。 朝食も会場がこじんまりとしていますが充分だと思います。 空港から鉄道で向かう場合は、周辺施設も充実しているのでおススメです。"

"Very good staff"

"線路に近い部屋だったこともあり、電車が通る音が気になりました。"

"Room was a smoking Room. Had cigarette burns on the sofa, the furniture all smelled of smoke. The furniture needed washed. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Even paid for an upgrade. Staff are unresponsive when it comes to e-mail or phone calls. Cleaning and breakfast staff were very attentive. "

"Looked perfect"

"It was a cute hotel for the price and would love to see how the pool turns out when it's done but the rooftop has great views."
