"I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place. "Contacted the property manager multiple times about issues including dirty floors and counters and failed fire alarm. Never resolved and communication often took close to 24 hours for response. Very disappointing. "
