"When I arrived, I was told the rooms with 2 bedrooms had been overbooked. The staff went above and beyond to make it right and offered other options. They also reimbursed a portion of my bill. Accidents happen and that is to be expected, but not everyone will go beyond to make it right. I appreciate that and I would definitely stay again. It is a very nice place and I wish we could have stayed longer."
