"The staff throughout the hotel—from reception and housekeeping to the bar and restaurant teams—were exceptional and are the main reason I would choose to stay here again if I were visiting the area. Everyone was friendly, polite, and always willing to help, with nothing seeming like too much trouble. There was plenty of parking available, and the evening meals were served in generous portions."

"Complete tiled floor which initially seemed unusual but that does mean its cleaner. I was happy to find there wasnt a damp smell in the bathroom. Ive been searching for a hotel that smells clean and this room certainly did, so I shall be staying here in future. My room was quiet even though hotel seemed busy. No view but that didnt bother me. "The hotel was beautiful but the restaurant food was really shocking the staff was amazing my meal just was so disappointing and even alternative meal was given it was even worse and the price was just so disappointing wouldn’t recommend the food there shame as if it was home made the price and quality would get a lot more customers due to the beautiful hotel and what it offers"
