"Room was very hot, no aircon, there was a fan, but in this extremely hot weather not really sufficient. Lovely room. Beautiful hotel. Charge service on bar drinks at 12.5% seems rather expensive when they come to nearly as much as the drinks itself "

"The staff were exceptional and all without fail very friendly and helpful. The building and grounds are stunning, really enchanting and peaceful. Food was very good, wine was excellent. "We stayed in a large refurbished room, comfortable bed, large bathroom super show and nice toiletries. The breakfast was lovely there could be a better bread choice selection and it gets busy and the staff are at full stretch but it didn't detract from their professionalism. We used the bus and if you plan and get the right ticket it works saves messing around looking for parking spots.Thoroughly recommend."

"A lovely, quiet place and a great spot to relax. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. A big shout-out to Sam, who did my treatment—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only downside was that the walls were not very soundproof, so I could hear people walking around at night. Other than that, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it."
