"Las habitaciones, y el departamento completñ estuvo impecable, tal como el anuncio, Ruben fue espectacular, estuvo en todo momento en clntacto, y nos ofrecio lipieza de cada 3 dias, el personal dejo todo en orden cada vez que tocaba limpiar y con toda la confianza dejamos objetos personales y estaba todo intacto, el apartamento tiene excelente ubicación para adultos y familia con niños, acceso al edificio seguro y tecnológico, ascensor, y lavadora gratis abajo para lavar ropa, cocina suoer...

"It was a little different that there was no hotel sign on the outside of the door. We rang a buzzer and a very nice girl came to greet as and help us to our room with our luggage. We loved our room. We were on the fifth floor room C. There was a small elevator. I think what we liked about it the most is that it was located in such an enjoyable area to walk to. There's no real amenities outside your room, but there was a restaurant a block away and a lot of bars and restaurants about six...

"Staff were very efficient and friendly. We got a complimentary 1pm checkout which was great as our flight wasn’t till 7:30pm. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Room was fantastic and the location was perfect. Great for eateries etc. Only negative was the drains in the bathroom had a continuous bad smell, especially when we turned on the shower and sink taps. Unfortunately this smell went through the whole room and was especially noticeable when coming in from a day outside. I will however...

"Not only is the hotel lovely, conveniently located, and in a safe walkable area, but the customer service at this hotel is outstanding. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Alexis and manager Luis at the front desk, we were treated like valued guests. The concierge, Belen, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Bellman, Uzzy, was so sweet and helpful too throughout our stay. We can’t recommend this beautiful hotel enough. We will definitely be back. "
