"The hotel was fine but not having a great cooling system was a big negative . They did give us a fan which helped but for the nightly rate I expected air conditioning. Zurich is a very interesting place but very expensive."

The rooms are quite small, with only room for the lower bed (2nd was above the 1st) and 1 under desk chair for 3 people to sit. No other amenities are provided. "This hotel is beautiful. We stayed only one night and chose this hotel because of its location to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable with the exception of the bed. The bed was a hard 6 inch mattress with no topper on it. It had a mattress protector but nothing more than that. "Note when booking the rooms that some (like the triple) are shared bathrooms for the floor. It wasn't really a problem in our stay but obviously can be situationally inconvenient, especially overnight. No AC, which during European heatwaves these last few summers makes it very difficult to sleep and relax.
