"This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our 2-night stay but would not likely return due issues with the room. The main areas are stunning. The drawing room offers a quite space to relax, with drinks and snacks provided. The breakfast, in the sunlit conservatory, is absolutely gourmet. The staff are friendly and helpful, provided a map and made great suggestions on where to eat (including a free drink at The Cow). "I was Dublin for a wedding and booked the Fitzwilliam Townhouse, and I’m really glad I did. It was in a cute neighborhood in Dublin, and a short Uber from Temple Bar and some of the other popular spots. Although it was nothing glamorous, the staff was so unbelievably kind and accommodating that I can’t help but give this hotel 5 stars. If you don’t need anything fancy and want a charming experience in Dublin, this is your place!"

"First time in Dublin, and if I come back, I’ll stay here again. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade on check in to the suite. Huge beautiful room with huge beautiful bathroom. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. They brought my suitcase up, and back down, very kind. The stairs were a lot but good for me and worth it to see out to trees. Just a block away from Grafton street, not far at all from Trinity College, and being right across from St Stephens Green was the BEST. They were so welcoming....

"The location can’t be topped. Easy from the airport with a shuttle and to and from Heuston with a bus or shuttle. Walk to everything else. Bathrooms were very clean, sheets were clean. Older building with some broken things, moldy smells. Would give it 5 stars if it were half the price, but maybe that’s Dublin? "

"We booked this a year ago and considering it was nearly £300 for one night for 4 people we all were very disappointed in the apartment. The property was very basic and badly maintained, bathroom was awful and a really horrible throughout the apartment. This was so disappointing as we weren’t expecting the ritz but from the website to reality was majorly different. No hand soap, 2 small rolls of toilet paper, it sleeps size but had one double bed, one single both were very uncomfortable but not...

"Comfortable stay"

"Everything was great except that you can’t get into the reception area because you need a key card to get in. There is a door bell but I had to ring it multiple times before anyone came to the door to let me in. Staff was pleasant and rooms were great. No elevator but there Is a dumb waiter for your bags. Parking is very hard to come by. The parking garage nearby was full. Took 40min driving around to find something. And it was a pay and display. 12€ a day or €1.50 an hour."
