"Propert was clean, our room had a few minor issues, furniture needed maintenance. Breakfast is a grab n go. Coffee and nutrigrain bar. No milk so mindful if you drink tea, coffee mate was only available. Check-in is very restricted to 3pm. With rooms having kitchens, lots of cooking smells filter through the hotel. Staff were helpful, and friendly. Would stay again."

"The rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable, but the thing that struck me the most, was the friendliness of the staff that we encountered, from front desk, to cafe in the morning and chambermaids in the hallways. Excellent staff!"

"The only “ amenity” really is the breakfast. it has the typical simple buffet (solid). Our first room had a terrible smell, could not stay in there. the staff quickly rectified and gave us another room. however, working in Hartford the room fit the value of the price and you are right downtown. Staff was upset when we asked for more towels on our third day. Ok place for a quick stop, but I wouldn't stay for more than one night, probably wouldn't go back."
