"The door to room 309 didn't lock. I complained The towel was rough There was dust and garbage between the bed and wall TV was small and hard to see The room smelled of strong curry food. Like someone had cooked in the room The back door the water was not draining from the rain and had to step in water "

"Yes , there was a free breakfast. Nothing fancy Front Desk was great It was in the heart of Syracuse, so walking distances to many amenities and restaurants. 10 min drive to the airport or the Mall. And the parking lot has one EV charging station I think it's a great choice for a short a short stay MG"

"I booked a studio one king for two nights. But I was given a handicapped accessible room. It was very disappointing and nothing could be done since they were at full capacity. Someone certainly had to have reserved these rooms since all the others were already booked. I am asking for a future complimentary rebooking!!"

"This is a consistently solid choice for an overnight stay before a flight. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean…only thing I noticed on my last stay was the noise level in the parking lot was a bit much. I’ll just request a room on the other side next trip out. "

"At nowhere in the reservation process were we notified that 21 is the minimum age to check in. I have asked for a callback from a supervisor and still have not received one. We are greatly disappointed and wondered what would’ve happened if this had been a -20° day."

"Not great when maybe too fully booked. When checking in the reception changed our room and said that Expedia had booked handycap room in error. Bed sheets did not fit the beds in our double Queen room and one of the beds had dried food that was maybe trapped in the wash but disgusting when I pulled the blanket back to get in bed. I did not like the crowded breakfast area and was not able to get any breakfast."

"The bathtub didn't have and slip resistant mat and I slipped while getting in and out of the tub. I let the front desk know. Also, the toilet didn't work on our last day so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby. I was told there was no one available on Sunday to fix it. "
