"Nickel"

"This is a lovely hotel and the room was probably the best I have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished, high ceilings and excellent amenities like a Nespresso machine and Dyson hair dryer. The rooftop pool and bar were very pleasant although unfortunately the haze prevented me from enjoying the view! I only ate a few times at the rooftop bar but didn't think the food was very good. The main downside of my stay was, as other reviewers have mentioned the incredible noise from nearby...

"The location is very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the MRT station is just downstairs. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are helpful and friendly whenever you need assistance. If I were to nitpick, the check-in experience could have been a little warmer. "Staff and hotel were amazing"

"Good for all"

"Good location, rooms are very clean and the bathroom was large. Staff very friendly and eager to help and greet you every time you walk through the door."

"Located in the heart of shopping district . Love the place the food and staff coming back for sure ."

"An incredible stay at Pan Pacific Orchard. Beautiful design, amazing service, stunning pool and one of the best hotel atmospheres I’ve experienced. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the Orchard Road location was perfect. Would absolutely stay again."

"Location is good"

"Absolutely FABULOUS stay! I had read prior reviews but can assure you we had nothing but the most amazing stay! Brilliant and courteous staff, amazing breakfast buffet, lovely amenities! They let us check in early and out late as we had a 6 year old who was very sleepy! The sabarage was a lovely touch as well on the Friday! As we were having dinner in the tea room we had a lovely gentleman from the front desk come over to ask if my daughter could have some chocolates from the patisserie however...
