"Clock didn’t work in bedroom. Shower handle was about to fall off. Dust was 1/2 inch thick on bathroom vent. Hair conditioner bottle in shower was empty. All issues were handle by the staff after I requested."

I tried to change via Expedia and the resort itself, and it was going to cost me over $300 so triple check you can make the dates before booking. Also, if you prepay for a night, bring that specific credit card with you as they ask for it during check in. Bring your patience. Check is long and complicated. I would also bring a pool towel. "The room and the view were both beautiful! Check-in was pretty slow but the front desk attendant was very nice and apologetic. We also didn't receive any towels our entire stay even though I did ask twice. It was a busy holiday weekend for them and I can understand mistakes happen sometimes. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to future guests."

"Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day."
